Thank Goodness for Fridays.

It was a super bizarre day at school. My students know that Thanksgiving break is close, and they are acting ridiculous. I kind of like it. I gave my advisory the silent treatment (which they deserved), and I think it worked. I learned a Sponge Bob dance move, "Bring it around town!" and danced a little moonwalk during "Bad" for Michael Jackson Friday. Our third period did skits, and I laughed at what they came up with for the topics. I HEART crazy 8th graders.

Rachel didn't feel well after school today, so I took Finley on my run. Did you know that seven-month-olds in running strollers are heavy? My mile times decreased dramatically with Finley in tow. Think pregnant Rachel running. Yikes. I'm weak.

But it was a pretty day, and I had some pretty cute company. So I pressed on for my 2.25 miles!

Unfortunately Rachel didn't get a lot of sleep because of a catastrophic meltdown in our backyard. Copper and Belle can NOT handle the sight of our running shoes and were distraught because they knew I was running. Without them. This was the sight as I left the backyard.

Dummy and Stupid. BFF.
